Payment due: On registration. Payment is considered late if not paid by the second week of class and will be subject to a $20.00 late fee. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Please review our policies. Please print and complete the registration form and mail or drop off to reserve your son's and/or daughter's place in class. Your son's and/or daughter's spot is guaranteed in the same class previously attended (if you are re-registering) provided this form is received by the due date. If not already on file, a signed participation release (82kb Adobe Acrobat Document) must also be completed. The registration form and participation release can be downloaded and printed in Adobe Acrobat form. Please inform the office if you plan on not re-enrolling your son(s) and/or daughter(s). If you are unsure about your son's and/or daughter's next class recommendation, please call the office at (614) 863-4616.

Gymnastics classes are limited to 9 students per instructor, tumbling classes are limited to 12 students and preschool classes are limited to 6 students.
